Windows 11 clean install

This customer wanted a fresh installation of Windows 11 but was unable to reset the PC themselves, because software errors stopped the built-in reset from completing.

We carried out a clean installation of Windows 11, and the PC is now running a fresh, clean install and is ready to go again.

Epson ET-8500 printer colour fix

A customer’s Epson ET-8500 printer had major colour issues when printing photos. After diagnosing the problem, we found that the wrong ink had accidentally contaminated one of the tanks.

We removed the contaminated ink, refilled the printer with the correct ink, carried out a Power Cleaning cycle, and fully tested the printer so everything printed correctly again.
