How we use the details you send us.
Who we are
Wantage PC Repairs & Builds, Wantage, Oxfordshire. Contact: wantagepcrepairs@gmail.com, 07920 068033.
What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about your device or problem. We use this only to reply to you, book and carry out the work you ask for, and keep a record of it.
Who sees it
The enquiry form is handled by Netlify, our website host, and the enquiry is sent to our email (Gmail). WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Your devices and data
If we repair or work on a device, we only access the data on it where it is needed for the repair, and only with your approval.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to deal with your repair, any follow-up or warranty query, and our accounts, then delete them.
